“We had a fantastic trek towards Annapurna Base Camp with our guide Narayan. Everything was well-organized, and his support was outstanding. Due to altitude sickness in Deurali, we couldn’t reach the base camp, but Narayan quickly arranged jeep transport and helped us adjust the plan. Thanks to him, we were still able to hike to Poon Hill, which was a beautiful and rewarding experience. Highly recommended guide!”

“Jeg havde en virkelig god oplevelse med denne aktivitet. Pga. antallet af dage, var det med meget passende distancer hver dag. Distancer og terræn varierede nærmest fra dag til dag, hvilket jeg synes var positivt. Vi gik mellem 3-6 timer om dagen, men dette er også fleksibelt, alt efter hvordan kroppen har det. Jeg var meget tryg ved min guide. Han havde fuldkommen styr på overnatning i guesthouses, ruterne og var tilpas opmærksom på hvordan du havde det. Samtidig var han også god til hver dag at give information om planen for næste dag. Bikram var virkelig sød og behagelig at have som guide.”

At times the trails (especially Poon Hill for sunrise) were overcrowded (and noisy). Our guide was experienced and accommodating to our desires and trekking pace. The 1st nights accomodation (tea house) was very basic, as expected. But the 2nd night accommodation (Hungry Eye "hotel") in Ghandruk was a huge disappointment. Ghandruk has many very nice hotels available, yet the Hungry Eye was a total dump. Everything was broken and non-functional. Rooms and bedding were filthy.
